We are located in a residential area but very close to the downtown and the beach (10 minute walk to Playa de los Muertos). This unit has one large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. It is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, LCD flat screen television, Internet, and air conditioning upon request (it's enough to have the windows open and enjoy the breeze). This unit is currently available for short term rental only; it is open until December 31st.
