Seeking partner for novel restaurant concept with an aggressive franchise plan. Completely unique concept will be leveraged for added visibility and franchise opportunities. This involves a very aggressive growth plan and could grow to dozens of locations in under 24 months.
Iniitial investment involves $100,000 which will be used to open two locations simultaneously. Investor will be given first right of refusal for participation in future locations.
Investor will offer proof of resources prior to detailed discussions and will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as a non-compete agreement.
