You are within walking distance to everything: the beach, the Mexican bazaar, the supermarket, the finest Mexican and international restaurants which Vallarta has to offer. We are just a couple of blocks from Vallarta's new and trendy restaurant row, where you will find great restaurants of all different prices and tastes. We are 3 blocks south of the river and 6 blocks up from the beach, a truly perfect location. We are located on a cul de sac in a residential section of Puerto Vallarta. Included are the services of an exterior caretaker who will provide you with purified water (at no charge) and be on call to assist you. Maid services are provided before and after your arrival. Additional maid services may be contracted adirectly with our caretaker's wife for a very reasonable fee. All of our homes have furnished kitchens, including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. All homes also have cable television with English and Spanish speaking channels. The MISSION SAN FRANCISCO COURTYARD HOME is one of the finest examples of Mexican colonial COURTYARD architecture that Vallarta has to offer. All of the rooms surround a very traditional and charming central courtyard. This courtyard has a brick floor with inlaid hand painted Mexican tiles, luscious palms, hand carved stone statures and a traditional Mexican stone fountain. The double door entrance to the Mission San Francisco Courtyard Home is private and secure. Tiled tables in the Courtyard area allow for open air dining if desired. The living room, dining room and kitchen doors all open completely onto the courtyard. The interior living room, kitchen, dining room and bedroom #1 (double bed) all have views of the bay and the village. One bedroom also has a KING size bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. Our guests at the Mission San Francisco Courtyard Home may chose to rent just the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths at a very reasonable $53 per night ($369 per week) May thru Oct and $64 per night ($449 per week) Nov thru April. Two additional double bedrooms, each with their own private baths, are available at $95 per week each. Bedrooms are NOT rented out on an individual basis. That is to say that the courtyard home is NEVER shared with other renters. If you are not renting all of the bedrooms, they are simply kept locked.
