You are within walking distance to everything: the beach, the Mexican bazaar, the supermarket, the finest Mexican and international restaurants which Vallarta has to offer. We are just a couple of blocks from Vallarta's new and trendy restaurant row, where you will find great restaurants of all different prices and tastes. We are 3 blocks south of the river and 6 blocks up from the beach, a truly perfect location. We are located on a cul de sac in a residential section of Puerto Vallarta. Included are the services of an exterior caretaker who will provide you with purified water (at no charge) and be on call to assist you. Maid services are provided before and after your arrival. Additional maid services may be contracted adirectly with our caretaker's wife for a very reasonable fee. All of our homes have furnished kitchens, including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. All homes also have cable television with English and Spanish speaking channels. The CABANA is a one room with included kitchenette in the garden area. This very compact room has two twin beds, a small closet and cable television. Included in the kitchenette is a mini refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and a small stove. There is a private bath with shower. The dining area is outside and looks onto the small garden area with palms. It rents for only $18 per day in low season (May-Oct) and only $24 per day in high season (Nov-April). That calculates to only $129 wk low season (May-Oct) and $169 wk high season (Nov-April) Note: EVERY 4TH WEEK IS FREE!!! We recommend the CABANA for one person.
