This lovely condo is in the most popular area of the Old Town - convenient walking distance to everything and very secure. The street entrance is gated and attended 24/7 for guest access. The furnishings are comfortable quality with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and the guest room has twin beds. The master suite and living room both have French doors to the outside terrace. The master suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, and the guest bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is furnished with all appliances and utilities needed for meal preparation and service. There is a garden terrace with morning sun as well as a rooftop pool with a grill and fridge. Maid service 3 times weekly, and all linens, towels are provided. There is a local phone in the condo, as well as cable TV for programs in English, and high-speed internet access. This is a personal residence so we are careful about who uses it. If interested please reply with your age, occupation, and the number of persons sleeping in the condo. This is a quality property in every aspect and is not the place for rowdy partiers.

$1200 per week Nov 16 - April 30.
$1440 for New Years and Easter weeks which are still open at this time.
