The Villa
This 4 story villa has 3 bedrooms + Den and 4 Bathrooms. The main floor has a large modern fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with granite counter-top and stainless steel built-in appliances. The kitchen is open-plan with a formal dinning area (seating up to 6 people) and a lounge area which has sofas and chairs for up to 8 people. Behind the kitchen is a separate media room with a large HDTV Flat screen TV, great for kids to watch TV or to play games. There is a full bathroom downstairs. This large main floor area overlooks the patio and shared pool through 2 sets of large sliding glass doors.
The ground floor terrace has a large dinning table with 6 chairs. A wooden drinks and food preparation bar with 3 bar stools and a large BBQ. This area is only 10 steps to the community pool located directly in front of this villa. (There are many more pools, infinity pools and jacuzzi throughout the Vallarta Gardens property accessible to you).
The second floor has 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite luxury bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king-sized bed, the other has 2 twins which could be pushed together to make a king. Both these rooms have a shared terrace. There is also a washer/dryer in a separate closet on the 2nd floor.
The third floor has the large master bedroom, with King Sized bed and also with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has a separate sitting and lounging area and access onto 2 terraces.
The 4th floor of this Villa will make it hard to choose from the ground floor and it's shared pool and this top floor terrace. This top floor terrace is complete with a hot tub and bar and plenty of exposed or shaded lounging and sitting areas. This area has clear views of Bay and the green mountains. Truly spectacular.

The Area
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a small ocean front typical Mexican village with new up-scale private housing and condo developments. The most recent development being the new world-class Marina. The beaches in La Cruz are stunning and being in the corner of the bay offer calm and safe swimming, perfect for a family and young children.
Along the stretch of coast that leads to the Punta Mita peninsula are many fantastic beaches and rocky coves, ideal for snorkelling, scuba diving swimming, whale watching, fishing and surfing. Past Punta de Mita northwards outside of the bay (about 15 minutes from La Cruz) are the tropical jungle seaside villages of Sayulita and San Pancho.
Just south of La Cruz is the very popular town of Bucerias which has many bars, restaurants and a flee market. Just a short taxi drive (5 minutes) or a nice stroll on the beach will bring you to the many La Cruz and Bucerias bars and restaurants.
About 30 minutes south of La Cruz is downtown Puerto Vallarta which, with its bars clubs and shops, makes it a great day trip city to visit.

Holiday : $595 / night (7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday)
