Ground level apartment located 2 flat blocks from the beach, this new and modern apartment will satisfy the most cultivated tastes. This 6-unit residential apartment building is located on a safe quiet avenue but convenient to everything - 2 blocks from the hotel zone and major super market. You will realize once you arrive at the front door that this is a quality property in every aspect. The intercom system for the front door and the plants and original Huichol art in the stairwell assures the property is well cared for.
Each apartment is nicely appointed with pleasing interior décor. The modern kitchen is completely furnished for meal preparation for 4 persons, with all appliances and cooking/eating utensils provided. The interior furnishing is quality with everything you will need to be comfortable. Additionally, each apartment includes air conditioning, cable television and wireless Internet access. Towels and linens are provided with maid service weekly. We have one unit with twin/king and the other unit has a queen-sized bed.
The building was architecturally designed and constructed with the most modern interiors. Each apartment has a nice-sized private terrace off the bedroom.
